Iran has not funded "terrorism," it has funded the Middle East armies in the way of Zionist Fascist invasion/land grab/extermination.
Iran has not started any wars.
Israel has started PLENTY of them, including Vietnam, Iraq, Afghan, and Ukraine/Russia.
