A lot of people are completely confused by immigration law. It is rather simple but they really do not understand it.

If you cross the border anywhere but at a border crossing and do not declare yourself to a border agent then you are illegally in the country. You have broken immigration law. If you are in the country illegally (see above) you need only be given a two minute interview by a border patrol or ICE agent. They can then determine to deport you or not.

If you are illegally in the country and you marry an American citizen then you do not qualify as anything but an illegal. You get no special consideration.

Why do people that claim they want people to follow the law have such a problem with following the law when it comes to immigration? Is it that simple immigration law is too hard to understand? Or is it that they only want the law followed when they agree with the law?

Only the Supreme Court has the power to counter the president, as the executive branch is a coequal branch of government. The president can appeal any ruling made by a district court. If Congress wants to oppose a presidential action, it can pass a law over his veto. If the president violates a certain law, he is subject to impeachment, trial, and removal.

Trump is a criminal, but that doesn’t bother MAGA hypocrites!

No he isn't.

He's never been sentenced.

He was accused of just about everything imaginable. He was arrested and booked, put on trial for a misdemeanor, which was an offense that normally results in at worst a fine, they changed into a fake felony without presenting one shred of evidence to prove it. Then they claimed he repeated the same crime 34 times. The authority responsible for enforcement his so-called offense said what they accused Trump of wasn't even illegal, and the pr*ck judge started screaming at him.
During the jury instructions, this pr*ck judge made it easy for them to get a majority conviction, which is unconstitutional. The vote has to be unanimous in a criminal trial.
And to top it off, the judge refuses to sentence Trump because he knows his Kangaroo court conduct would be immediately overturned on appeal.
So Trump officially has no conviction on his record. Just a lot of paperwork saying he was put on trial.
