NewsNation) — Jeffrey Epstein’s former attorney told “CUOMO” there is no such thing as an Epstein “client list.”

Alan Dershowitz, who previously said he knows the names in the Epstein files, also doesn’t believe the government is hiding information about the investigation.

“There is no client list and never has been a client list,” Dershowitz told NewsNation. “A client list suggests that Jeffrey Epstein made a list of people to whom he trafficked women. What there is is a redacted FBI affidavit from accusers.

“There are several of them from accusers that accuse Jeffrey, that accuse various people of having improper sex, and that has been redacted. The names of the people accused have been blacked out.”

Spokespeople for the FBI declined to comment Thursday. The FBI Agents Association said in a statement that it was concerned by reports of the firings of senior leaders and that it was reviewing all legal options to defend its members. The group said firing agents without due process would make the country less safe.

“There is a review process when employment actions are taken against agents. The process was established so that the FBI could remain independent and apolitical. FBI leadership committed — both publicly and directly to FBIAA — that they would abide by that process. We urge them to honor that commitment and follow the law,” the statement said.

FBI raids home of former Trump national security advisor John Bolton​

FBI agents on Thursday morning raided the Maryland home of John Bolton, the former national security advisor to President Donald Trump and a staunch critic of the president, NBC News confirmed.

The raid is part of a “national security investigation in search of classified records,” a person familiar with the matter told NBC News.

An FBI official said, “The FBI is conducting court authorized activity in the area. There is no threat to public safety,” but declined to comment on Bolton, according to NBC.

FBI Director Kash Patel tweeted “NO ONE is above the law… @FBI agents on mission” at around 7 a.m. ET, the same time his agents reportedly arrived at Bolton’s residence in Bethesda, near Washington, D.C.

Attorney General Pam Bondi retweeted Patel’s tweet, writing, “America’s safety isn’t negotiable. Justice will be pursued. Always.”
