DJT took this oath: "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of the President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."
DJT was under that oath when he lost the opportunity to remain in office after January 20, 2021. So he went outside the Constitution to attempt to perpetuate himself in power beyond the Constitutionally mandated date he needed to get the fuck out of the people’s Shite House.
