A crime of this size, scope & magnitude would certainly leave a trail somewhere that would be actionable in court.

I just created this plot of actual votes accrued per election going back to Clinton's last election. Here is what the facts show:

In 1996 and 2000 we see normal trends. Then in 2001 9/11 happened, probably accounting to the huge boost Bush got in 2004, then Obama got even more riding on the coattails of that popularity buoyed by the fact that he was our first black candidate, probably accounting to the further boost he saw in 2008.

Then things dropped back to normal in 2016 for Trump. The yellow line indicates where the probable trend of elections would have roughly been the past 24 years if not for the extenuating circumstances of 9/11 and getting a first black president. Obama's charm wore off after 2008 and in 2012, he actually LOST about 4 million votes.

The one irreconcilable oddity was Biden's 2020 81 million votes! How does one account for that over Trump's popularity and incumbency? 16 million additional votes for Biden in 2020 just because of George Floyd? I don't think so, most of the 2020 riots were democrat's doing. Maybe Covid? What made anyone think Joe would do any better in a global situation no one had never faced before to justify that? Funny as it turns out that Joe did much WORSE on Covid.

So Biden's 2020 election remains history's one unaccountable election, with nearly DOUBLE the boost Bush got from 9/11 America getting attacked, yet there was no particular event to account for it.
