Voter interference fears ramp up in Los Angeles after mail-in ballots found burned

California is showing us how it is done. Fraud, that is. Mail in voting is more open to fraud. The more it is used, the more fraud can happen.
There was no fraud, only criminal activity. Seems like someone threw a firecracker or the like into a voter collection box and destroyed some random ballots. In LA, odds are they were mostly Dem votes. Since Dems support mail-in ballots while the GOP does not, it seems most likely the culprit was a GOP right wing nut case.

Maybe the FBI should investigate things like this...

The drop off boxes are inherently insecure, therefore they invite voter fraud and vote tampering.

They were a very bad idea. It's time to remove them and outlaw them.

Never been a big fan of drop boxes as they have been used in the last few election cycles. If a jurisdiction chooses to have them, they should be:
  1. Located in the lobby of a government building,
  2. Continiously monitored by video,
  3. If access it to be allowed for extended hours, there should be an election official present at all time.
