old school....dealing with mixed genital was if the doctors thought the penis would not develop enough for the child to pee standing up in a urinal...then they would operate and give the child female genital ...

new school...let nature decide...allow the child to develop and choice...

there is a famous case in canada..the childs penis was burned during circumcision and amputated along with testicles...raised as a girl but realized later he was a boy...
