You guys just don't understand. You can talk crazy all you want, but the government of this country has violated laws far greater than what's in the constitution,

But you forgot the criticism of him
In 1911, Booker T. Washington wrote:
There is a class of colored people who make a business of keeping the troubles, the wrongs, and the hardships of the Negro race before the public. Having learned that they are able to make a living out of their troubles, they have grown into the settled habit of advertising their wrongs-partly because they want sympathy and partly because it pays. Some of these people do not want the Negro to lose his grievances, because they do not want to lose their job

Yes, there are laws greater than man's constitution. But those are not US laws. Depending on a person's beliefs, the laws you speak of will vary from person to person.

... and party because "the troubles" are not yet resolved.
