This school had an armed guard and two police officers at the scence and they couldn't stop him getting in... He had full body armour and higher powered weapons...

And if the guards would have had equally high powered weapons and training this 18-year old with no training would have been taken out very quickly.

If access to guns was keeping children safe in the USA, "gunshot violence" would not be the leading cause of death for children under the age of 10 in your country.
