Not all Democrats are liberals and certainly not all Democrats are atheists. Take a look at the Blue Dogs. Look at the black and Hispanic churches.

In fact, it's difficult to pin down the "majority" in the Democratic Party.

You could say it's the 65% white. Then look at those whites. White Hispanics, gays, rich, poor, educated, uneducated, atheists, religious and so on. Where is the majority?

Now let's look at the Republican Party. 90% white and mostly Christian.

So what does all this mean?

Historically, when you have Communistic or Fascist movements, they are exclusionary. Meaning they want to get rid of the educated. Or those of another faith or color. Which party could we consider "exclusionary"? The one that's 90% white that's against gay rights, women's rights, that want a "national language", the one practicing voter suppression, slashing education or the one with enormous diversity?
