When 86 million people don't vote, it is a sign of apathy. And that's why Trump is in office, not because the majority of the people wanted him. There are no signs of a Civil War. There are signs of a huge resistance to what the right wing wants to do, and threats of civil wr from the right if they cannot get their way.
