Its not a bad thing when employers struggle to find workers. It drives up wages.

We have a long slow painful process ahead of farms becoming smaller and farmers doing more of their own labor. Our urbanized population lost farm skills and fitness, so getting those back will take at least a generation. We will also be forced to reduce our prison population.

“The whole thing is screwed up,” said John Painter, a three-time Trump voter who runs an organic dairy farm in Westfield. “We need people to do the jobs Americans are too spoiled to do.”

Simply WOW! White Americans don't want to do stoop labor? Who did not see this coming.

These people voted for Trump, who promised to deport undocumented laborers and now that he is doing so, they feel the pain that they inflicted upon themselves. I have no pity for them.

Hire legal workers at decent wages and farmers can find as many workers as they want

But everyone has gotten used to cheap labor by illegal aliens

So there will be an uncomfortable period of adjustment
