The whole story about the death of Pretti

Listening to the first ten minutes (if you cannot deliver the salient points within 10 minutes, you should just STFU), the facts are simple:

1. Pretti refused to stay out of officer's way on the sidewalk while they were making an arrest.
2. The mob there were making a maximum effort to disrupt and confuse officers increasing the dangers to everyone there.
3. Pretti made a persistent effort to disrupt LE operations WHILE CARRYING A LOADED PISTOL.
4. Pretti persisted in escalating matters in the street (probably according to his backer's training) until he ended on the street in a scuffle now with police.
5. Police see he is ARMED, making himself a dangerous antagonist.
6. Somewhere in the scuffle with the gun shots are fired defensively and officers are trained to kill any threat.
7. The criminal Ecuadoran whom ICE was actually there to arrest is safe and sound. Pretti died to save him.

Officers are cleared of all responsibility.

At least a dozen of those closest to the scuffle interfering, blowing whistles, should all be charged both as accessories to Pretti's death but also to obstructing justice.

They hoped to find him armed, or planted the weapon, then that one officer escaped the scrum with 'a gun' and one second later a shot was fired. The shot was fired AFTER the one officer escaped the scrum. WHY?

New conspiracy Theory (Wait for it) was that a gun misfired, making the ice murderers able to use the fake excuse of, the dead guy fired first, or simply, we heard a gun shot.....which is of course ALL FAKE news.
