This ^^^^^. Sounds like you and I view these YouTube videos the same way. GET TO THE ******* POINT ALREADY WILL YA???? I mean when I saw the opening where she was lying down on the sofa or something, I already knew how it was going to be. Thanks for making the second post a mirror of what I was going to say. I'm not going to watch an hour long video with someone telling me how cool they are just to glean these facts that took toobfreak maybe ten minutes to put together.Listening to the first ten minutes (if you cannot deliver the salient points within 10 minutes, you should just STFU), the facts are simple:
Officers are cleared of all responsibility.
- Pretti refused to stay out of officer's way on the sidewalk while they were making an arrest.
- The mob there were making a maximum effort to disrupt and confuse officers increasing the dangers to everyone there.
- Pretti made a persistent effort to disrupt LE operations WHILE CARRYING A LOADED PISTOL.
- Pretti persisted in escalating matters in the street (probably according to his backer's training) until he ended on the street in a scuffle now with police.
- Police see he is ARMED, making himself a dangerous antagonist.
- Somewhere in the scuffle with the gun shots are fired defensively and officers are trained to kill any threat.
- The criminal Ecuadoran whom ICE was actually there to arrest is safe and sound. Pretti died to save him.
At least a dozen of those closest to the scuffle interfering, blowing whistles, should all be charged both as accessories to Pretti's death but also to obstructing justice.
That said, I do want to add one thing that everybody, especially the lame-stream media is NOT.
Did Pretti have a legal right, i.e. Minnesota carry permit to carry that loaded pistol?
MN has very very very strict firearms laws and you cannot carry at all without a permit. Getting a permit is as hard as it is in CA. You gotta be a buddy of the county sheriff.
