She is a well qualified and principled person. She will be fantastic for the next 30-40 years...as will Gorsuch and Kavanaugh.
They'll have four new liberal colleagues next year.
No. Just two. That preserves the balance that would have occurred had tbe Republicans not stolen a seat from Obama.
Fake News. Entitled Obama didn't own the seat. He can nominate, but, it's up to the Senate to confirm.

Never, in the history of our nation, has the Senate failed to confirm a justice nominated by the President when the President and the Senate were of the same party.

Justice Barrett enjoys the support of the majority of the American People. Once again, Our President has made a splendid choice.

Liberal judges take that oath then try to change the Constitution. Its utter bullshit.

All Liberals are scumbags, even the judges.
They straight up lie when they take the Oath. SCOTUS IS NOT FOR ACTIVISTS. That is what the fucking legislature is for. Liberals not give a crap about the Constitution.

All republicans voted to confirm Judge Barrett except Susan Collins. Shame on her.
She's a democrook. She just occasionally votes with the republicrats.
By voting against Judge Barrett, Collins is making a last ditch attempt to appease her mostly democrat constituents and save her senate seat. Sara Gideon (D) and Collins are neck and neck in a poll for the senate seat.
I don't think it will move the needle one bit. She has made a couple of decisions that were disastrous this term, and no one has forgotten it. I'd like to see her win, because she has been a good senator for Maine, but the partisanship in DC and the country generally right now bodes against that.

You have Harry Reid to thank, Dems. Blame him.
Watched the ceremony afterwards as well. Awesome! Drinks flowing joyously at our confirmation party. Going to be a another party on November 3rd. :wine::cheers2::rock::beer: Great night for the United States and for our children and grandchildren.

She is a great choice. She is immensely qualified and has the perfect judicial temperament. She is truly a superior human being as well. We are fortunate that she is willing to do the job. Salute!!

Let the Democrat temper tantrums begin....

And she just was, @I'mAlwaysRight! Thank YOU for the following statement:

"At 9pm tonight she will be Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett."

And what a grand White House ceremony that was. I cried many built-up tears. Thank God for the ability to shed stress in such a heartfelt way.

Congratulations, Justice Amy Coney Barrett! You will help Make America Great Again! :TH_WAY~113: :eusa_dance:

I think Collins will win again. Republicans are all going to vote for her- they have no other choice.

No one stole a seat from shitstain obama. Had Garland come to a vote, he would have lost. He still would not be on the Supreme Court. The only thing that happened is no one wasted their time having a useless vote.

I'M SURE EVERYONE UNDERSTANDS WHY THE LEFT IS REALLY UPSET OVER AMY BARRETT!

It has NOTHING to do with Amy's character or integrity.

It has NOTHING to do with balancing the court, the timing close to the election.

It has NOTHING really to do with Obamacare, the election or R v W!

Not really.

The Democrats have lost EVERYTHING with Trump. Donald has literally EVICTED them from the Obama years and thrown them to the street with a lamp and the shirt on their backs.

They thought they had it all made with Barack-- -- had they been able to steal the election (or just win it as they were sure they would) with HILLARY,

it would now be a 6-3 court PACKED FULL OF SIX RADICAL LEFTWING SOCIALISTS! And there would be NO TALK of "packing the court."

It's just not fair. They can't take losing. It hurts all the worse losing to Donald Trump.

That's the hope, but there are a lot of Democrats in Maine and she lost a shit ton of them when she voted to confirm Kavanaugh. The abortion people are lunatics on both sides.

Big win Donald!!!!!!

Leftists are absolutely SEETHING right now. Amy Coney Barrett has been confirmed as a Supreme Court Justice filling the seat vacated by leftist activist judge Ruth Bader Ginsburg upon her death.

Find and post as much leftist butthurt as you can in this thread.
