The view from 40,000 feet.

Use your words, if you can put a few together without embarrassing yourself.
I don't get paid by the character and OP count like you, shitbird.
You're just throwing up another bullshit tiresome "Orange Man Bad" thread and
you and other shitheads have been doing so every day for around 10 years now.
If that's the limit of your intellect, you're a retard unworthy of any further interaction whatsoever.

The "majority" clearly spoke last November
A plurality voted against inflation and for a more effective border policy. They did not vote for cuts to Medicaid as trump promised not to cut them. They did not vote for immigrants to be denied due process and sent to a foreign prison to live in inhumane conditions. They did not vote for morons like Hegseth, Bondi, Patel, Bongino, RFK, Gabbard, Oz, and Ed Martin.

You might say there's a lot going on. Clearly by design. The end game and who it benefits, both foreign and domestic, is less certain.

Democracy is not strengthened by a concentration of power in the executive nor by enacting policies by fiat over the objection of the majority.

On the Expansion of Executive Power: An Overview

President Trump is pursuing an unprecedented expansion of executive power. Here are my observations on some of the legal and constitutional considerations. My intent is not to resolve these controversial questions, or even to identify all the underlying issues, but rather to raise just a few of the concerns that will have to be addressed as the Trump presidency unfolds.

International relations and the health of the economy are not served by erratic tariff announcements.

Under Attack by Trump’s Tariffs, Asian Countries Seek Out Better Friends

Most nations are still negotiating in hopes of avoiding punitive import taxes. At the same time, they’re looking for trading partners as a way around the United States.

Cuts to scientific research in all areas do not serve the advancement of understanding.

Trump’s proposed budget would mean ‘disastrous’ cuts to science

The Lasting Threat of Trump’s Cuts to NOAA and NWS on American Communities

Random acts of abject cruelty with dubious efficacy in contradiction to the country's historical values do not unite the citizenry.

Trump Administration Poised to Ramp Up Deportations to Distant Countries
Eight men sent by the United States to South Sudan could presage a new approach to Trump-era deportations, even as critics say the practice could amount to “enforced disappearance.”

Drastic cuts to the social safety net advantaging the wealthy do not a serve a more just, egalitarian society.

Final House Vote on Devastating Health and Food Assistance Cuts

The collective affect being to weaken democracy, harm the environment, make a significant part of the populace less healthy, strain relations with allies and trading partners, and further divide the nation. All of which comes as a consequence of attempts to reshape the country to fit one man's view of how it should be. An unpopular view.

Donald Trump's Approval Rating Collapses With America's Middle Class

Your 4 year meltdown is hilarious.

Hang in there, Buttercup.

Sounds like a conspiracy theory believed in by uneducated, misinformed nutbaggers. The data is what supports the scientific conclusions that climate change is happening.

"climate change is happening"

LMFAO!!!

Climate change is a science. Chemistry is happening. Physics is happening.

Global Warming IS NOT HAPPENING. CO2 does NOTHING and is not the cause of Earth Climate Change....

You cannot even answer basic climate questions.
You do not understand the difference between DATA and FUDGE, so let's have a quick lesson...

ATMOSPHERIC TEMPS....

is Earth's atmosphere actually "warming?"

We have TWO and ONLY TWO MEASURES of Earth's atmospheric temperature, satellites and balloons.

"satellite and weather balloon data have actually suggested the opposite, that the atmosphere was cooling."

translation from NBC - for more than 3 decades, the highly correlated satellite and balloon DATA showed precisely NO WARMING IN THE ATMOSPHERE despite increasing CO2

SCIENCE SAYS THEORY REJECTED...

Taxpayer funded government "climate scientists"

"were left with two choices: either the atmosphere wasn't warming up, or something was wrong with the data"

NO CONFLICT OF INTEREST THERE.... and the data was highly correlated, there was no justification to question it...

Reason for FUDGING satellite data - "orbit wobble" wouldn't change the IR readings at all, complete fraud, would not stand up in court

Reason for FUDGING balloon data - a "shade issue" that was constant the whole time, so the "correction" in theory would be to add a CONSTANT to a flat line, keeping it a FLAT LINE, but somehow the flat line was fudged into an upward slope.

Science is not PARROTING
Science is not FUDGE
Science is not FRAUD

and that's all CO2 FRAUD has ever had

Somewhere, deep in the recesses of your tiny, undeveloped brain, I'm sure you understand trump is cutting off funding for climate science because it makes a mockery of his policies that are harmful to the environment. All in the short sighted service of profit.
Climate science makes a mockery of itself.
The world will move away from hydrocarbon combustion soon enough based on economic demand having nothing to do with the climate.

The choice was between Trump or Kamala, TRUMP WON.
If you want to win put up better candidates and better policies.
That you commies aren't happy with the outcome is wonderful, because that means the US is winning.

Climate science exposes the danger of trump's environmental policies. So he acts to defund research. These things are obvious to all but the most deluded cucks.

"Global elitists" is an artificial construct of the Right created to give believers in it a target for their hatred and distrust. It also gives them an amorphous entity to blame for their failures and frustrations. Something they apparently need quite a bit.
It seems that Ukraine is going to cost trillions of dollars to rebuild for some reason.

The degree at which we're following the historical template is astonishing. But at the same time, we're showing some unique features.

Historically an authoritarian regime takes power when enough of the populace feels hopeless. The regime then tightens its grip, and one day the populace sees the mistake it made after the damage is done. That's our process now.

In our case, though, the hopelessness didn't come from some outside force. It has come from within. We have so misapplied capitalism -- by far the most dynamic engine of prosperity known to man, when it is applied correctly -- that many of those who have been left behind had VOTED FOR THOSE WHO PUT THEM THERE.

The irony of what we're seeing right now is just astonishing.

Fluoride was introduced into drinking water starting in 1945. The flu vaccine was first made available to the general public a year later. Fuel efficiency standards for cars were adopted in 1975.

Such innovations long ago became stitched into the fabric of American life, largely accepted by most Americans who came to rely on them or gave them little thought. That is, until President Trump and his team came along and began methodically rolling back widespread practices and dismantling long-established institutions.

It should come as no surprise that Mr. Trump would try to undo much of what President Joseph R. Biden Jr. did over the past four years. What is so striking in Mr. Trump’s second term is how much he is trying to undo changes that happened years and even decades before that. At times, it seems as if he is trying to repeal much of the 20th century.

I've always found it baffling as to why you folks think the "trump won" mantra materially changes anything about his reckless, failed, divisive presidency.

If there is one glaring through line of Repub voting patterns since Reagan it's the consistency with which they vote against their self interests. They keep enthusiastically buying a repackaged shiny object only to find it doesn't work. Then buy it again.

Hahahahaha,.....you still think your burning cities and burning forest programs are helping the environment.

You leftist idiots have done more damage to the environment in the last 3 years than we've done in the last 100 years.

The result is massive floods all over the United States.

Yes. The biggest tax increase on American consumers I can recall.
We had another surplus last month.

How horrible.
