The video I just saw from the trial of the Floyd incident with the audio of the crowd around looked pretty bad

That poor man was held for 9 minutes unable to move. Sure he had his issues. So did I when I was younger. It doesn't mean I should have had my claustrophobia tested. Based on what saw? That cop was one of the bad cops.

He certainly seems negligent. The video I saw was pretty fucking bad. The cop may well just be a brazen dumb fuck. Intent to murder would have had to come in the moment...because they tried to put Floyd in the back of a cop car and he would not cooperate and he asked to lay on the ground.
I have no doubt he did something in the car to warrant his being tossed on the ground. But in cuffs with 4 cops, he did not need to be held with a knee on neck for over 9 minutes.
The racists are seeking justification for the public execution of a black man. Behavior while in custody, past record, drug use, anything.
When you see the entire video it's evident that Floyd was in a drugged mania state.
So what if he was? How would that give a cop justification for killing him? What kind of other stuff do you think offers approval for random cops to commit murder or manslaughter? Should random cops be allowed to commit other crimes?
Prove it was murder.
Not my job. We all saw him kill the guy. A judge and jury are in the process of determining if he committed murder or manslaughter, but we all saw the cop kill the guy.

No, you all THOUGHT you saw it, based on your "extensive" knowledge from watching TV, one assumes. The autopsy report tells us that Floyd didn't die from the knee on the neck.
That's Not True.... the final autopsy report from the medical examiner ruled it a homicide due to the officer's restraining force....

What the medical examiner said killed him...

Dr. Stephen Nelson, chairman of Florida's medical examiners commission, who is not affiliated with the case, reviewed the new files and says that doesn't mean the drugs or health condition is what caused Floyd's death.

"We've all had cases where those kinds of of levels come into play. You've got to look at the whole picture," Nelson said. "It's one thing to die *with* something. It's another thing to die *from* something."

The documents say Baker performed the autopsy before watching the videos of police restraining Floyd, with Officer Derek Chauvin's knee on Floyd's neck, because Baker wanted to avoid bias in his autopsy.

In the Medical Examiner Baker's final report after watching the videos, he ruled Floyd's death a homicide caused by "law enforcement subdual, restraint, and neck compression."

The FBI asked the Armed Forces Medical Examiner to review Baker's autopsy and they agreed with his findings, writing "his death was caused by the police subdual and restraint" with cardiovascular disease and drug intoxication contributing.
"

This guy isn't affiliated with the case. His opinion means absolutely nothing. On the other hand, he does admit that the cop wasn't responsible for the death because the victim had heart disease and a lethal dose of fentanyl. You can't convict the cop for murder if the victim had given himself a lethal dose of fentanyl. Case closed.
The medical examiner Baker, DID THE AUTOPSY silly one...., he determined the CAUSE OF DEATH.

I highlighted what the medical examiner put in his final report as the cause, several times in this thread...

Well, it sounds like you are disagreeing with the three independent medical examiners because of an alleged claim of no physical evidence of tissue damage and you are disagreeing with their rulings. So, where did you study and become a medical examiner?

OK, why would conjunctival petechiae be present when asphyxiation was caused by pressure on rhe pulmonary system below the neck?

...the cops fucked up...

What could the cops have done differently? A steroided 6' 6" Black who seemed completely deranged and who they thought was on PCP was a danger to citizens and subduing him saved lives.

Here is one of the many examples of individuals on dangerous drugs. When they overdose, they go wild and then expire. Fast forward to 20 minutes in and the perp finally stops fighting and exactly like in the case of Floyd, the fighting stops when they pass out and then expire because the paramedics are not 100% what the perp ingested. The cops mention "excited delirium" which appears what Floyd also suffered from because of his overdose.

lol why do we need a trial? She's right. I mean good lord.

Um, because this is America.
Wait, I'm in America?

Ohhh shit I thought this was Sweden - my liberal bastion...I'm in the wrong place! Bye everyone!

We are talking about an American issue. Is that how they do things in Sweden? Just lock people up with no trial? You sure you’re not in China or N. Korea?

"the pressure on the pulmonary system caused asphyxiation"--------of course------that is what is
the cause of asphyxiation--------is there some other
cause? But in this case is the not SINGLE cause of
death

He broke police training rules by keeping his knee on Floyd, when Floyd was no longer fighting....

He kept his knee press on him for 4 minutes AFTER HE HAD PASSED OUT.
floyd didn't pass out---he went unconscious as the drugs suppressed his lungs which lead to cardiac arrest. He loss consciousness and died. Cops shouldn't be expected to baby violent criminals....

floyd was a huge man capable physically and morally of harming people...the cops did what they saw was necessary to put this violent criminal down where he couldn't hurt anyone--which was to constantly hold him on the ground...they didn't know that he had overdosed and was dying nor should anyone expect them to be monitoring violent criminals for dying from their drug abuse. Their job is to keep the public safe and themselves--not baby huge violent criminals.

The crowd was pleading with police to let Floyd up....Floyd was obvously unconscious and unresponsive and the cop kept his knee on his neck.

The crowd is begging to check his pulse. I never saw this before. I thought the cop couldnt tell.

Fuck man....I dunno.

Has anyone seen that specific video before? With the crowd pleading with police? I had not.
It’s going come down to the time factor. Reportedly, that foot to neck technique is one used when a criminal is resisting, however, after four minutes.....five minutes ....six minutes, nope. Hard to buy it was necessary force from viewing the tape. As many have pointed out with witnesses viewing the same thing who were not related and didn’t know the perp will also weigh in big time.
Oh stop with the stupid.

Knee to neck did not kill our druggy floyd. Whether there was a knee or not---floyd was going to die from his drug abuse.
You might be right. The problem with this case is the time element of beyond when Floyd wasn’t moving. This type of restraint is something used for perpetrators resisting arrest. Was this training maneuver used appropriately do you think? That will be in the minds of the 12 jurors. Only one hold out, stuck on a question about available police response options not used maybe ...and it’s a hung jury. I know you don’t like it, but the video is going to impact the verdict. Seems like both men had (well, one still “has”) personal issues, and one died from either one or two causes.

It’s a human trait to believe what our eyes tell us to believe. Unfortunately, this tried and true method is soon about to get a lot messier, although I hate being a naysayer. It’s going to be a real problem when we have all of these fake “layered videos” released and if the LSM runs them as legit nobody will be able to believe anything that we don’t see for ourselves first hand.
Floyd was 6 foot 7 inches...known to be extremely violent. I don't know what people expect----the cops had to subdue him and keep his violent ass subdued---or Floyd given any opportunity certainly would have attacked them. He fought cops and got held down------holding him down didn't kill his stupid ass despite so many pretending that it did. Knee to neck and back of large violent criminal does not kill them---drug overdose does.

I want my cops keeping the streets safe---don't care about violent criminals who are fighting arrest being pushed and held on the ground with a cops knee---------the cop did nothing wrong. He simply kept a very very violent and very very large criminal on the ground so he couldn't hurt the cops or anyone else.

Quit frankly I am sick of idiots pretending that holding him on the ground killed him. Facts and common sense clearly say that the criminal died of drug overdose---and that cops must keep violent criminals pinned down. Of course, I am highly rational and simply care about facts not emotional bs.

.............................................................................................

I come to this venue for entertainment.
And the above exchange between the avatarees "Turtlesoup" and "Care4All" provide it.

Methinks poor poster Turtlesoup doesn't really think through his responses carefully. He kinda fires at random in a knee-jerkish way. (yes, I know that is a double entendre')

The above 3 quotes prove it.
A. 'She's black'
B. 'No, she's white'
A. again: Why the f*ck is that important?

See? Is that fun stuff or what?
.........................................................................................

All aboard this train ---
We've got Whores and Gamblers,
Winners and L_ _ _ _s.
I love it.
You don't think---not all black activists are black. there are many who want to be part of the victims club especially among superficial white women---they like the emotional ride and want to be thought of as "good people" so they join stupid causes to make themselves feel better themselves or just to feel something. A good example is Angela Jolie----hence her adoptions from around the world. Appearances are everything to them..........

I am a woman btw idiot---

Let’s say the claustrophobia part was totally made up. I’ll go even farther and say he was just trying to avoid going to jail. Chauvin exceeded the necessary time to hold down Floyd by what....3 minutes after he stopped “resisting”? Stupid comes in all occupations unfortunately.
Violent criminals who resisted arrest get held down on the ground ---------in this case for 10 minutes and you think it a crime to hold them down on the ground. Holding him on the ground with a knee did not kill this criminal-----------it did nothing to him other than hold him on the ground where he could not hurt the officers or other people and you think the cop committed some crime holding this violent criminal down?

Floyd died of drug overdose...not being held down.

I for one am really tired of the stupid------Floyd died of overdose--why is this concept so hard to grasp. The drugs suppressed his lungs which sent him into cardiac arrest which killed him. Cop holding him on ground did not kill him.

I hate to tell the racist this, but George Floyd is NOT on trial here. It is amazing how you ass clowns keep claiming that he would have died that day no matter what. He is dead because of a racist ass, coward with a badge. This is the reason we need police reform, so that rogue cops like Chauvin will be held accountable when they break the law. As long as, they can get enough racist on the jury they know they will get away with anything they do against someone black.
He is dead because he overdosed on drugs---being held on the ground did nothing to him. THESE ARE THE FACTS you ignorant racist cop hater.

Trials are great things, facts often com out.

I don't know if Chauvin is guilty of murder, but what he did was police brutality in any case.
Chauvin is guilty ...
Guilty of what? Floyd died of drug overdose---did Chauvin give him the drugs to overdose on?

"pressure on the pulmonary system below the neck" produces the SAME RISE IN INCREASED INTRACRANIAL pressure as does a rope around the neck
Petechiae are broken blood vessels typically caused by infection or more often DRUGS hun.

Oh here we go again.....as you play manipulative games. Since when have I been expected much less asked to provide an autopsy. YOu can pull one up yourself. The Tox Report is ONLINE MORON (use your web browser).............he had more than enough Fentanyl to kill a horse not to mention all the other drugs in his system. He died of a drug overdose. WHICH btw, was a good thing for society as this was a violent awful man.
