No. The Pope teaches the Word of God--very different from being the word of God.

that prevents him from speaking anything that is heretical (when speaking ex cathedra and possibly at other times)

I tend to sometimes think that all Catholics have been forced to become hteir own pope, as it were. Jesus did not intend such a hideous, non-Catholic thing but sometimes evil people/groups force their will on others...

it happens. We see this in the elections when corrupt deep state people who ar unelected but nonetheless are control freaks not willing to accept the vote.. the will of the people..

force their beliefs on everyone because they can't stand the thought of a ... certain president being president... since he criticizes them and seeks to abolish their idiotic agencies... etc.. although really, no president ever seem to find the time toget rid of corrupt agencies...
