He has already promised to shut down houses of worship, remove freedom of the press and punish people who criticize him. He has repeatedly shown contempt for people who gather to protest him and has praised china for putting down protests. He routinely bullies people who criticize him and his policies. And he has openly supported gun control.

I agree that Obama has sucked. But why on earth should we elect someone who is blatantly going to govern as a despot and isn't far from Obama on the issues instead of electing a constitutional conservative with a consistent record of defending and upholding the constitution?
