Sanders is a Senator, not a President. He can only review most classified documents in a SCIF...they have one at the Capitol, and the WH, among other places, Trump, like other Presidents even had one at his home. He doesn't have the same authority to move classified documents to his home. The classified system was set up for the Executive.

It should be noted in the pages of classified documents that they found Xiden had stolen, some went back to when he was even a US Senator.....
