One of the GREAT ideas and calls for legislation by the President during the SOTU Address was his request that the U.S. Congress pass legislation that would allow the U.S. victims and families of victims of crimes by illegals to sue U.S. cities who provide illegal protection / sanctuary to illegals, that releases criminal illegals who have been detained for committing crimes back into their local populations to continue to prey upon its citizens instead of handing them over to ICE.

This would provide US citizens the ability to do what their own elected officials refuse to do - represent THEM, protect THEM, and do what is in THEIR best interest instead of working for and protecting violent Illegals in the US.

This SHOULD be a 'no-brainer'.

Congress SHOULD pass this ASAP.

This legislation will NOT be passed.

Democrats have demonstrated and are running on the 2020 Agenda of putting the welfare and benefit of the millions of illegals in this country and those still coming above the needs / concerns / welfare of the American people....Open Borders, high taxation of the American people to provide tax payer-funded medical care, education, housing, food, etc... the elimination of ICE, and to make the entire United States a Sanctuary NATION, all of which incentivizes illegal immigration.

Democrats will NOT support / vote for this bill because millions of future Democrat-voting Illegals are a higher priority than the American people who elected them and who they are supposed to represent.

Speaker of the House was put in office by voters of a sanctuary city.

VERY unlikely she will allow it to be brought up for a vote.
