And funny thing.. The hardest jobs to fill were the floor jobs.

Most of them were done by immigrants.

One company I worked at, they did a survey of how many languages were spoken in the plant besides English among some 130 Employees.

The count they came up with was 19, including Spanish, Hindi, Gujarati, and Polish being the top ones.
