I can understand why some who spend their time on line threatening others not liking red flag laws.

They can be misused in domestic violence situations, but that's not an excuse to dis them because people who misuse them can be not only be fined, but it's not going to look good in divorce/child custody actions if one spouse has previously abused court systems.
