I have studied it just like I've studied the UCR for the past 30 years. Since most crime is intra-racial, whites are killing each other nearly in the same numbers and about 90 percent of whites who are killed, are killed by anther white person. Not to mention that whites annually lead the nation in crimes against families and children. I visited DC when crime was higher. I sat at a bus stop in the hood by myself every night between 11 and 1 waiting for a bus to take me to the Howard University Inn and not once was I ever in danger.
