I have never understood why ANY woman could vote for Republicans, since Reagan first embraced the the Anti-Abortion and Anti-ERA movements.

The overturn of Roe v. Wade and the subsequent attacks on pregnant women's healthcare treatments since then are a crime against humanity. Letting women die rather than risk treating them is horrific. How any woman can vote for a party which has shown such callous disregard for our lives is beyond me.

I watched state sessions where REPUBLICAN women told their own stories and begged their colleagues not to do this to them, and the men got up after these speeches, called women who need healthcare all manner of names, and voted to ban legally ban D&C's.

They are married to white Republican men and receive the benefits.
