The left used a good strategy to convince the Dems and some Repubs to vote for him. It was never about qualifications. It was meant to prove we weren't a racist country and they played on peoples' consciences. So, people voted to show that race didn't matter and for their troubles we have the most divisive president in history. So, voting for a minority to prove you're not racist only bought on more accusations of racism. The left won't admit it's about policies and the same old arguments between the left and right. Suddenly, sticking to one's beliefs has become racist.

There were plenty of warning signs that Obama was a radical. In an interview while senator of Illinois, he lamented on how the constitution didn't allow politicians to do things and gave too much power to people. So, he understood it enough to know he didn't like it.

There is still the matter of his bio written by his publisher stating that he was born in Kenya and there is the later bio stating that a Kenyan was running for Illinois senate. To this day, those who question the facts are labelled and the left pretends that those bios never existed. I think he lied to get financial aid for college. How else could a poor guy manage to attend the most expensive schools and do so much travelling abroad during his youth? Obama was never a professor; he was a lecturer. He did not have the qualifications to be a professor. Obama never published a single law paper. He was hired by the University of Chicago when they learned he had been given a book contract on race and law directly after graduating from Harvard. There was no book – just the contract, which he later reneged on. This is not the normal level of accomplishment for a University of Chicago professor or even lecturer.

Obama was not capable of writing, and eventually, after failing to deliver, he changed it to a memoir, which he also struggled with. Finally, he asked Bill Ayers to write his memoir for him, using tapes that Michelle dropped off at the Ayerses'.

I think that is where this Kenya stuff came from. From what I have read, Obama thought claiming he was born in Kenya whould help him land the contract. He lied about his birthplace on his application to the publisher.

And he did the same thing to get a scholarship and admittance to Harvard. On his bar exam request, there was a question if he ever went by another name and he wrote "no." That was consider a felony if he didn't tell the truth,
