That's what he meant by pro-people. Individuals are slaves of the all-powerful authoritarian state government (theoretically representing the people but never does in reality).

Reading this piece shows exactly how they refuse to engage in honest, open debate and resort to hate-filled diatribe. It does not surprise me as these are similar to posts by liberals on most internet discussion forums.
