FBI's top lawyer ousted amid criticism for role in Flynn investigation One must ask, how can an administration be this stupid by exposing their own dishonesty with Michael Flynn, while their own AG calls for dismissing the charges against Flynn? And the newly released transcripts by Trumps own National Intelligence director John Ratcliffe, which exposes Flynn for doing exactly what the FBI claimed he was doing, and revealing Trump and Pence letting Flynn go for lying. So what is there to defend? Lol! Nothing! Barr and Ratcliffe cut their own legs off by releasing the transcripts and verifying that what the Obama administration did was spot on, while proving Flynn did in fact have conversations with Kislyak over sanctions, and later Flynn lied about those conversations. Trump is desperate to get Flynn off, and they themselves just exposed the criminality by Flynn.

Flynn was blackmailed you say? For what? Nothing! Flynn did this, not the FBI. They did their job. And what does the the Trump administration do in its desperation? It fires the career lawyer for the FBI. What a bunch of low life's. This country has gone straight to hell with Trumps corruption.
Lol. So it is completely fine for police to set you up?
How is revealing the truth a set up?
What CRIME was the FBI investigating when McCabe called him to set up "an informal meeting" just 2 hours later? You HAVE no answer for this --- do you?????
If the FBI intercepted communications between Flynn and Kislyak behind the back of a sitting president, it is the FBI's job to investigate. Is it not? Remember, Flynn had no government role.
That same original FBI team wanted to close the case on it, not fining anything illegal.

You are so ignorant.
You come here thinking you have weight to throw around, and yet, you produce no documentation. Just your own made up beliefs in your head. Start producing relevant information. You are responding foolishly with nothing.

They do it all the time in all kinds of investigations. Why should this guy be an exception? You'd be okay if they 'set up' a black person or a democrat you didn't like.
Wrong, no one should every be setup. But if that fits with your unusual idea of reality then play with it.
It's not a 'set up.' It is an examination technique. It is used all the time to catch criminals. Don't mislead yourself. You, I and everyone knows that police use valid examination techniques. Flynn was not 'set up.' He was caught in a righteous questioning technique. He is the bad guy in this case. He's a criminal and a traitor. End of.
If you really think that the police email each other saying that they plan to destroy someone you really need a reality check.

Another leftist liar who ignored the FBI documents exposing their conspiracy against Flynn.

You didn't read the released 6 phone call transcripts either, where it shows nothing illegal going on.

You have nothing but lies and ideology to run on.
There was not a 'conspiracy.' It was a typical police investigation of a crime. You defend someone who is a traitor to our country. Great American you are, not.
You never read the Exculpatory FBI documents or the 6 phone call transcripts, they exonerate Flynn.

You are running on lies, nothing more.
But it does not fit their preconceived notions. So if they have to ignore facts, then so be it

They had the transcipts. Why didn't they immediately arrest/charge him?
When they arrested him is up to the FBI. The fact that they have the proof against Flynn is the thing of importance. He committed a crime of treason against the US. Next?

There is no evidence of a set up, and you cannot prove otherwise.
You mean other then the hand written note? Or the emails?

The transcript revealed that in fact Flynn had conversations with Kislyak. Two, he then lied about hose conversations forcing Pence and Trump to get rid of Flynn.
Lying to Pence/Trump is NOT a crime.. And NOW both of those people realize they were fed really bad info about Flynn and back this dismissal of a "PROCESS" crime fully. Both Obama and Yates warned Trump that "Flynn couldn't be trusted".. Which is only because Obama HATED Flynn for standing up to him when he declared ISIS is dead..

There was no lie to the FBI.. The tapes of the Kislyak calls are out.. And it's clear that Flynn MADE NO DEALS with Russia regarding sanctions.. The ONLY thing discussed was that he URGED Russia "not to retaliate against the expulsion of diplomats... Don't think that runs COUNTER to the wishes of the US or EVEN the Obama Admin....
Lying to the FBI is a crime. Trump and Pence had a criminal working in the WH. And the transcripts reveal the truth, not bad info. Conversations between Flynn and Kislyak involving sanctions during an Obama presidency is treason. And the conversations were proven.

And Obama and Yates liking or not liking Flynn have nothing to do with the price of apples. Nor does Flynn and Kislyak not making a deal have anything to do with him conducting foreign policy. The man is a criminal. Next?
You lie over and over, you ignore the released FBI documents showing they conspired against Flynn, just as you ignore the released phone transcripts showing Flynn didn't do anything wrong.
There are no documents that exist that prove the FBI conspired against Flynn. There are only documents that exist proving the FBI did its job. The courts are trying to figure out how Flynn is not guilty, and they simply cannot do that.
Bwahahahahahahahahahaha!!!

Here are the documents you never accepted, they are from the FBI:

FBI Notes Released – Show Plan to Frame Michael Flynn For “Logan Act” Violation and/or “Lying” About It – With Goal For Removal…

Posted on April 29, 2020 by sundance

Excerpt:

The first of the sealed documents provided to the Flynn defense have been unsealed. The documents include emails between: FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, his FBI counsel Lisa Page, as well as FBI agent Peter Strzok and FBI Agent Joe Pientka in the lead-up to the January 24, 2017 interview of Michael Flynn.
This specific release is the court filing of five pages that was initially turned-over to the Flynn defense team last Friday. [The pdf is here] [There are an additional 11 pages of documents from another production earlier today; those are not in this release]
The documents today also include handwritten notes taken by FBI counterintelligence chief William “Bill” Priestap; which show him both questioning and outlining the purpose of the interview: to remove National Security Advisor Michael Flynn.

According to the Priestap notes it appears the position of the FBI on January 23, 2017, was that Michael Flynn had violated the Logan Act by having a conversation with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak on December 29, 2016, prior to the inauguration.
This was a ridiculous position, there was no violation of the Logan Act; however, it was this position from which the questioning the next day, January 24 2017, would be based.
The next page of notes discusses the “Afterwards”:

The redactions are likely “the transcript“; where the FBI has the transcript of the call between Michael Flynn and Ambassador Kislyak. The redaction would be continued to protect the source of the material (“sources and methods”).

Interestingly, on the second day, the actual day of the interview, it appears Bill Priestap had second thoughts and was questioning the goal of the interview: “I thought about it last night and I believe we should rethink this”…

FBI Asst. Director for Counterintelligence Bill Priestap then asks the question: “what is our goal? Truth/Admission or to get him to lie, so we can prosecute him or get him fired?”
The premise of “wrongdoing” vis-a-vis a Logan Act violation was ridiculous. As the incoming National Security Advisor Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn would be talking to many counterparts throughout the globe. Even Priestap started to realize what they were doing was “playing games.”
Here’s the full release:

Flynn had no authority to discuss sanctions with Kislyak.
What was he allowed to discuss? Link?
Foreign policy! Flynn had no government position.
Flynn was actually part of Trumps team and only spoke about not retaliating for 44 kicking diplomats out. Now I seem to remember an ex 44 official by the name of Kerry talking policies with Iran. He is not in jail and you have failed to claim him as a traitor. Hypocritical much.

The DOJ -vs- FBI Blame Game Begins – DOJ Release Documents to Support Dropping Flynn Case…
Posted on May 7, 2020 by sundance

Excerpt:

The DOJ is releasing a series of additional documents to support their decision to drop the case against Lt. General Michael Flynn [download here]. Not coincidentally, at the same time these additional documents are being released, a fracture in the core group of coup plotters is surfacing. The bigger picture is now the former DOJ -vs- former FBI.
The dynamic of distinction is interesting to watch unfold. Prior DOJ officials pointing to corrupt decisions by prior FBI officials. This is the fracture that will bring down the fraud. This was always why we needed the declassification process. Things are happening fast.

Additionally, because the underlying Flynn evidence documents include portions of transcripts from questions put to the “small group”, Adam Schiff is now forced to release the transcripts. [file here] We’ll walk through this as it unfolds…. starting with McCabe.

Andrew McCabe releases a statement about the DOJ decision to drop the Flynn case:

However, within the newly released documents supporting the DOJ decision to drop the Flynn case, we can see how former DOJ-National Security Division head Mary McCord points a finger at former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe.

Essentially Main Justice, via Mary McCord, is saying it was Andrew McCabe who first raised the issue of Flynn violating the Logan Act. According to McCord’s testimony and notes: McCabe, FBI legal Counsel James Baker, FBI lawyer Trisha “Trish” Beth Anderson and former DNI Bob Litt were driving the use of the Logan Act as a targeting mechanism against incoming National Security Advisor Michael Flynn.

Lot more stuff in the link.

The evidence has become overwhelming that the FBI wanted to take down Flynn and way they can.

The FBI in late December reviewed intercepts of communications between the Russian ambassador to the United States and retired Lt. Gen. Michael T. Flynn — national security adviser to then-President-elect Trump — but has not found any evidence of wrongdoing or illicit ties to the Russian government, U.S. officials said

Although Flynn’s contacts with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak were listened to, Flynn himself is not the active target of an investigation, U.S. officials said. The Wall Street Journal reported Sunday that U.S. counterintelligence agents had investigated the communications between Flynn and Kislyak.

Although Flynn has written critically about Russia, he also was paid to deliver a speech at a 2015 Moscow gala for RT, the Kremlin-sponsored international television station, at which he was seated next to Putin.

The FBI’s counterintelligence agents listen to calls all the time that do not pertain to any open investigation, current and former law enforcement officials said. Often, said one former official, “they’re just monitoring the other [foreign official] side of the call.”

Both Flynn, a former head of the Pentagon’s intelligence agency, and Kislyak, a seasoned diplomat, are probably aware that Kislyak’s phone calls and texts are being monitored, current and former officials said. That would make it highly unlikely, the individuals said, that the men would allow their calls to be conduits of illegal coordination.

Nope! Wrong again. Get a clue. Flynn had no government position to discuss or make policy decisions behind the back of a sitting president. Flynn was setting policy, not transitioning. Big difference!

You still don't get it do you?

Neither one of these links are MSNBC. And I can provide you with more.

Transcripts of phone calls that played a pivotal role in the Russia investigation were declassified and released on Friday, showing that Michael Flynn, as an adviser to the then president-elect, Donald Trump, urged Russia’s ambassador to be “even-keeled” in response to punitive Obama administration measures. Is that what you call a transition role? :auiqs.jpg: :auiqs.jpg: :auiqs.jpg: :auiqs.jpg: :auiqs.jpg:

You going to deny them?

You are so bad at this, do you know what Sedition is?

Not a crime to talk with Kislyak.. Was his DUTY as incoming security chief on the Transistion Team.. Read the laws regarding Transistion Team privileges..
Nope! Wrong again. Get a clue. Flynn had no government position to discuss or make policy decisions behind the back of a sitting president. Flynn was setting policy, not transitioning. Big difference!
Not educating you here after too many years of being fed crap and liking it.., Go look up the FEDERAL LAWS created for Presidential Transistions.. Educate yourself before people just start ignoring you...
Notice that the fool never post evidence to support his claim. He drones on and on with ZERO evidence.

He is a determined ideologist, which is why he is ignorant.

You are determined to ignore multiple documents that are right there in front of you, why are you trying so hard to ignore the evidence of conspiracy?

You suffer from a concussion or what?
