Please note that the linked OP article discussing torture of Palestinians committed by the Palestinians which is much more severe. Are the human rights groups taking this to the Palestinian Authority?

Its just more crying in their soup. The pali's will try just about anything to slander Israel. Just because a few terrorist sympathizers cry "the sky is falling" doesn't mean one word of it has any relevance in the larger picture.

These clowns can complain about someone sitting in a chair to long or whatever they want and it doesn't even remotely compare to the atrocities committed by the Arab Muslim terrorists Israel for whatever reason puts up with. SO FAR.

The only thing these accusations, and nothing has been proven, show is that the propaganda machine grinds on

A joint investigation launched by Israeli rights groups, into practices in Israel’s Shikma prison, has revealed -- once again -- that "systemic" violations are taking place against Palestinian detainees.

The observers ask if this Apartheid state could end the torture in jails against palestinians.

More to the point is this Palestinian apartheid state willing to stop the torture. You see the only proven apartheid state in Palestine and the only proven tortures are those carried out by the Palestinians.
