I doubt that, the courts tend to shy away when the govt contends it's being done for national security reasons. Of course Trump had started a process to ban Tiktok and xiden stopped it. Any court cases could have been resolved by now if xiden's handlers hadn't been hell bent on reversing everything Trump did.

I have been majorly against Tik Tok since it's inception.
It is ran by the Chinese, when you install it... it gains access to everything you do online, who you do it with, and what you do - and what they do. It is absolutely a spy app masking itself as social media.
The American government is 10 years behind the times in regulating online applications.
I do not support a ban per se, but support regulations that make it illegal for apps to be able to access all of the information stored on your phone. BAN THE SPYING - NOT THE APP.

Having said that, I would entertain a legal requirement that to join Tik Tok you need to be at least 16 years old. Kids and Tik Tok is mind fucking 101.
