Logic cannot be learned

IQ cannot be learned

Low logic fails this easy logic test

Same thing as saying a lizard can learn logic

Same thing as saying IQs are learned

Put a 40 IQ and a 140 IQ in a college class for 100 years and still the 40 IQ will NOT learn the logic level of 140IQ

Same with putting a parrot and a human in a class on logic. The parrot will not learn and catch up
