I can agree with the statement in general.

Leaving the repetitive "it is getting warmer vs. it isn't getting warmer" part of the discussion alone, Really I'm for Cap and Ban not Cap and Trade.

While Cap and Trade did work for sulphate emissions, I would far rather see a Cap and Ban policy for GHG emission. And sooner rather than later.
