Let us never forget the injustices surrounding the legislation of Obamacare. Laws were broken, people were bribed, Americans were lied to, and the checks and balances of power were breached.
Let's start with the lies that Obama used to sell his health care plan.
1. Obama said, "Now, if you have or had one of these plans before the Affordable Care Act came into law and you really liked that plan, what we said was you can keep it if it hasn’t changed since the law passed,".
Policyholders were in for a big shock when their policies were suddenly cancelled following the implementation of the Affordable Care Act. Millions of insured became uninsured from cancellations or when they discovered their insurance premiums tripled. The new legislation made it virutally impossible for insurance companines to continue their current plans

2. Obama said that health care costs would go down. Obama stated that health care costs "could save families $2,500 in the coming years — $2,500 per family"
The deception that health care costs would go down by $2,500 annually per family has already been realized from this Barack Obama scandal. Although some people who previously didn’t have health insurance and others with entitlements have benefited, average Americans saw their costs double or more. They either switched to inferior plans or went without health insurance.

3. Obama promised no new taxes on the Middle Class. Obama said, "I can make a firm pledge. Under my plan, no family making less than $250,000 a year will see any form of tax increase. Not your income tax, not your payroll tax, not your capital gains taxes, not any of your taxes."
Raising taxes on the middle class was something Obama always promised he would never do. In fact, the language in the Obama health care plan made it sound like the Cadillac tax on employers that provided generous health care plans would tax insurers. As Obamacare architect Jonathan Gruber explained, the tax on insurers leads to higher costs from the insurers, which means more taxes on the middle class, as well as increases in insurance rates.
4. Obama sold the country Obamacare on the premise that it was not a tax. In fact, Obama vowed never to raise taxes on anyone making under $250,000. However, the Supreme Court said otherwise, it was a tax just to make it half way Constitutional. It later became the largest tax on the Middle Class in US history

5. Obama also made promises that the hearing for a new health care law would be for all to see instead of behind closed doors. During the campaign to become President Obama regularly promised to broadcast all negotiations on health care on C-SPAN, putting the entire process of pounding out health care reform out in the open. (That promise applied to the now-completed processing of forging House and Senate bills, too.)

However, this promise was broken as we wound up with hearings were done behind closed doors. But we now know why, don't we? It was in order to bribe members of their own party to vote for the legislation. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) offered the $100 million in Medicaid funding, also know as the "Cornhusker Kickback," to Congressmen Ben Nelson from Nebraska if he would vote for the legislation. There was also what is known as the Louisiana Purchase. $300 million of Medicaid funds was pegged for disaster relief for which Louisiana is the only state eligible. This was all offerred to Sen. Mary Landrieu (D).

6. Then there was Senator Ted Kennedy who was diagnosed with a brain tumor who relaized that he would have to step down soon and also knew that his vote might be needed in order to help pass Obamacare. So what does Ted do? He asks to change the laws so that there would not be an election that might put in a candidate who votes against Obamacare.

However, his attempts fell short and Scott Brown ran on the platform of stopping Obamacare. think of it, the most liberal state in the union who had their own Romneycare and they voted to stop Obamacare by electing Stott Brown?
7. To avoid the vote of Scott Brown, the Democrats elect to use a process called Reconciliation.
