She had NO TOP SECRET DOCUMENTS.Nope. Illegal server housing Top Secret documents in your own home is treason. Taking documents at the end of a presidency is routine. Are you stupid or something Forrest?
she had staff emails discussing a program, (drones is my understanding) that was top secret, who then included her in part of their discussions nearly a year after they began their email chain.
Her staff in these emails to each other tried to be careful, there were emails of them saying to each other that they needed to stop and go to a safe system to further their discussions....what they did discuss, they believed was not top secret, because they got their information from an outside the government source....so they mistakenly thought it must not be top secret, if someone outside of the government told them, and the papers were reporting on it....
They were wrong.
They had loose lips, that can sink ships....!!!
But they DID NOT have any marked top secret classified documents that they removed from their safe place, and put on her server.

Careful to retrieve all evidence Trump has on the deep state, so if he gets power again he can't use what he doesn't have ?? Hmmmmmm.27 additional cases on Monday, added to the 15, and also whatever they took with them from the grand jury subpoena that was served on him, in early June.
Oh, he took much more than napkins! Garland is as cautious as cautious could be on this, it was not taken lightly, it was deemed necessary to retrieve what ever it was that was a national security risk, that they went in for.... He would NOT ever in a gazillion years, approve this search warrant without cause, nor without crossing all Ts or dotting all eyes.
None of us would have even known this happened, if it were not for Trump creating the circus.
Mara Lago hotel was closed for the summer, FBI did not wear their typical FBI stamped wind breakers, they were in plain clothes, they gave Secret Service a 45 minute heads up, Trump was in New York, or his New Jersey resort so any paparazzi following him were not at Mara Lago chasing him.....Garland was very careful and handled this necessity, with kid gloves! No one being served a search warrant has ever been given this kind of respect, that I can think of.....???

Also, people's property being under a legal search and seizure granted by a court judge, is not an automatic criminal charge to come, as both sides are claiming or worried about....
The evidence gathered is important, but prosecutors need more than that, they need to prove mal intent for certain crimes, or knowledge it was a crime on other crime statutes....it isn't as easy as one would think, for some of these white collar crimes..... and National security crimes could be easier to press charges???
To me, not knowing all the facts....especially the compartmentalize Top Secret documents he had, or any of the evidence justice may have, but just from what has been reported that seems factual,
I think the DOJ and our intelligence agencies that could have been affected, are just happy to retrieve these documents, and having them back, in their proper, secure, place....and he won't be charged.
