Only if he's attracted to pre-pubescents, and so far there is no evidence of that. Technically he's an ephebophile.

Which is only a matter of nuance, because diddling 14 and 15 year olds is illegal.

Crystal Renee Dawn Poore, 34, entered the guilty plea in Carter County Criminal Court on Friday. Judge Stacy Street ordered her sentence to begin at the conclusion of her 27-year federal sentence on three counts of production of child pornography.

Poore is serving her federal sentence in Aliceville, Ala. She was brought from Alabama to Carter County last week to answer the state charges against her.

Her arraignment was Friday, and she entered a guilty plea at that time to one count of aggravated rape of a child, three counts of rape of a child, four counts of incest and eight counts of aggravated sexual battery.

One count of rape of a child, one count of incest and the eight counts of aggravated sexual battery were dismissed. Street sentenced Poore to 40 years on the aggravated rape of a child charge, 25 years on each of two counts of rape of a child and three years on each of three counts of incest.
