The court system is not authorized to make law so the ruling is not "... the law of the land".No, Presser is an opinion of the Supreme Court, making it the law of the land, that absent authorization by a state or the Federal government, a ‘militia’ is devoid of the authority to function in any military capacity, including engaging in lawless rebellion against the Federal government subjectively perceived to have become ‘tyrannical,’ and if it seeks to do so, it is nothing more than a criminal organization whose members are in violation of the law.
That you don’t like or agree with the ruling doesn’t change that fact.
