Well we've all heard the story about how the incumbant wins when the Redskins win and loses when the lose on their finally home game before the election. In the biggest case of election fraud to date, the refs managed to take away a 21-20 lead by washington with less then 2 minutes remaining in the game on a penalty that was non-existant. A illegal motion call on a player who was not moving foward when the ball snapped negated a 52 yard TD pass to Clinton Portis that would have given the redskins the lead late in the 4th quarter. The refs knowing what was at stake were informed by the DNC that in the event of a close game, they fix was in.
