We all witnessed the frontal assault disguised as a “debate” on Tuesday - the one between President Trump and the alliance of Harris & ABC - but the debates that will determine the outcome of the election are the ones going on around the kitchen tables of hard-working middle class families:
- Should we keep shopping at the full-service grocery store or must we go to the discount grocery with lower quality and lesser choice?
- Can we afford our usual vacation where we fly to the spot or must we limit ourselves to a lower-cost place within driving distance, or, worse….can we afford a vacation at all?
- Can we keep paying for the extracurricular activities and lessons for Timmy and Susie, or will they have to give up their favorite activities?
- Should we reduce our cable package? How can we cut down on electricity? How can we stretch the gas tank longer?
- Should we replace our car with a model of a similar level as the old one, or must we go with a budget model?
These are the debates millions of hard-working Americans are having, every day, and all snide facial expressions and lies the mods won’t fact-check won’t win out.
