What he did was follow the recommendation’s of two supposedly qualified doctors. What he did was fast track the vaccine. He tried to stop travel from the areas that had the highest infection rate.
What others did is not the point??? You were the one blaming high death rates on Trump. I pointed out that a part of those death rates were because of of incompetence on the part of democrat cult members. If you do not want to give them credit for their part in increasing the death rate then you can not hang those deaths on Trump.

He failed to restock supplies of masks, ventilators, etc.
He openly encouraged people to break quarantine, including those idiots who showed up with guns to state capitols.
He called the virus a "Hoax"
He promoted quack cures like Hydrochloroquinine and Intevectim.
He gave air time to quacks like Scott Atlas giving bad advice.
He blamed China, leading to an uptick in anti-Asian hate crime.

Now, taking your best example of what he did "right" being a racist travel ban on China. The problem with that ban was it didn't apply to American Nationals, who rushed back to the US with no time to quarantine them or isolate them. Again, he did something that appealed to the bigots his party that was ill-advised.

The problem with my list is that Trump should have had to foresite to see why these were all bad ideas. And it was only a partial list of his fuckups related to Covid.

Harris' problem was that she only had 100 or so days to lock up the nomination, organize a campaign on top of the one Biden left her, and then try to convince an exhausted electorate that Trump is really the danger that he is.
