Sure beats the hell out of the hit 50's TV series ...
- The Millioniare - { 1955-60 }.Where a Millionaire " indulges
himself in giving away $ 1 Million apiece to persons he has never met. "
However flabbergasting in it's ability to almost pique instant
attention , that kinda thing has lost interest today.
Since Millionaires are now nearly a dime a dozen.Being a Billionaire
is the new thingy.Like being gender specific with use of government
state run pronouns and the like.No need to wonder what Walt Disney
would a thunk. At this rate ,it is nearluy impossible for the next new
Walt Disney to emerge.Because We the People are being groomed away
from Americana and unto the darkside. The underbelly of man's sensitive
side where rust and rot eat away at nobility, kindness and the
American way.Virtue is no longer key to a being a good citizen.
Keeping out of trouble, paying your taxes and helping out when
called upon. Now it's New World Order chock full of competitiveness
over how to squeal on one's fellow man, turn a blind eye to unfairness,
wholesomeness and doing the right thing.
In short, to act like a Quisling .What George Orwell wrote about.
Also Franz Kafka and Ray Bradbury. Not merely some kitschy version
of selfishness as in 40's style Film Noir.
" I think we ought to read only the kind of books that
wound and stab us. "
-- Franz Kafka
Why bother ... we're already close to the point of no return.

Hmmm. Not satire, political or otherwise, but points and observations well taken, and without having to be a combative asshole to make them. Nice little writing job.

I thought this would be a thread on McConnell the Turtle....

It doesn't have to be that way, and is not in most other countries.

Now it's New World Order chock full of competitiveness
over how to squeal on one's fellow man, turn a blind eye to unfairness,
wholesomeness and doing the right thing.

Why don't you start right now doing the right thing?

Do you know what Americans are doing that is wrong? Maybe there's a reason to bother before you hit the point of no return?
