Until companies quit running overseas because they are looking for dirt cheap labor nothing will change. They have no desire to pay for american laborers.

That pendulum will swing back and companies will return because we have a skilled and educated workforce. The downside is that cheap labor will be replaced by automation and few workers will be required. Say hello to the eventual socialism as more and more workers get displaced.
