The question I'd like to put out for discussion is, has the response to the violations of law always been part.....

It's called a receipt

WASHINGTON, March 17 (Reuters) - The Trump administration's decision to deport Venezuelan migrants to El Salvador despite a judge's explicit order that the planes carrying them be turned around

Turned around? How much fuel did that plane have left? How long had the pilot already been flying?

Did the Judge even ask?

Nope.

Too busy looking for ways to control the executive, to care about safety.

The court says this country doesn't operate on guilty without your day in court.

Sadly it does too often but on occasion we see our values get upheld in the courts.

All the autocratic judges get overturned on appeal.

Same story the past 4 years.

Doesn't matter. In this country it is never "guilty with no evidence proven against you in court".

Well, it's not supposed to be. Sadly sometimes presidents seem to forget that.

You shouldn't practice law on the internet

You are awful at it.

These judges are assuring a Republican landslide in 2026.

Leftists simply don't learn.

Yes to this!

This is the part that the DNC should have the brains to realize and call those judges.

These kind of crazy actions by judges are not going to make voters think, 'we better vote in more Democrats, so we have more judges like this!'

These TRO's are a stall, nothing more. No reason has been given that Trump's actions are unlawful, nor has the judge stated with clarity that they are. He order a fourteen day pause so he could think about it. While he thinks, the President will keep doing whatever it takes to keep the country safe, thank you very much.

Judge Boasberg shows an incredible willingness to embarass himself, and to sacrifice his reputation for the cause of keeping as many Tren de Aragua gang members in the U.S. as he can, for as long as he can.

A federal judge Monday ordered the U.S. Justice Department to provide a sworn declaration by noon ET Tuesday with details on how planeloads of alleged members of Tren de Aragua were deported despite his order to turn the planes around.

With that order, he embarassed himself on three fronts: First, that he is openly announcing that he would require the U.S. to literally bring a planeload of violent gang members into the United States, instead of keeping Americans safer by letting a specially-designed El Salvadoran prison deal with them.

Second, he embarasses himself by announcing that his orders were ignored. Doesn't matter that he is wrong about that. By announcing it, he announces his own powerlessness to do what he tried to do.

Third, he gives yet another order that is very unlikely to be obeyed.. He should have guessed that the Trump administration was never going to turn a plane around that had left U.S. soil with terrorists. Now that he sees that the government won't jump through is hoops, he should absolutely understand that they are not going to hand over classified national security details to a guy who is being revealed as a long-term anti-Trump activist judge. They certainly are not going to give a sworn statement about it.

So he has set up this particular failure
