The proof is in. Biden is an illegitimate President.

Well, why have districts when you can have one?
What you're saying for the Presidency, why not for the House too? Everyone votes, count up the votes and hand out seats based on the number of votes?
FPTP leads to the two main parties getting an unfair advantage, which isn't democratic at all.
Because the House is supposed to represent the district. Prop Rep at the state level, maybe, at most. But I still favour local representation.

Do you think the house represents the districts?

In Germany what they do is they have district elections and PR elections at the same time.
So, each party wins a certain amount of districts, then they calculate how many PR seats are needed to get it so that PR is the Bundestag ends up voting.
If you have a seat and it's 49.9% Rep and 50.0% Dem, do you think that Dem is going to be representing the district, or the Dem voters, or the Dem Party?
