Not because people are "moving to red states". Sure they are, after they retire, but those people aren't that productive.

The problem is, if you take out immigrants, our demographics would be shrinking and aging. We won't have enough young people to support the old people.

California is famous for this. They have now considered an exit tax....charging people to leave.....strictly unconstitutional and sure to speed up the exodus.

Once they stop the bullshit ( too stupid to do it) the exodus will also stop. There was a reason why California became the most populated state in the first place ....at one time it was absolutely the place to be.
