It was a WA thing here, and I really couldn't tell you if anyone collected or not (I haven't been jabbed) but it was offered. What part of NM are you in. I grew up in Las Cruces and Deming. Went to Conlee Elementary, Lynn Jr. High, Alameda Jr. High Tom Mayfield HS (first year of operation I was a freshman) and Deming HS. I love that state, but sounds like their fuel prices are in line with all of the other commie blue states now.
