I've never really paid enough attention to her to really look and see the dominant demograph in her district. But, yeah, it's true what you say here. Historically speaking, elections tend to just be a contest between people competing to see who can promise the most free stuff.

Not at all. It works! Keynesian economics DOES NOT WORK! Poor people have never hired anyone for it to work. Marxism ends up with no one working and the country's money supply drying up. The U.S.S.R was a prime example. China had to introduce the free market investments and allow people to become wealthy to give jobs because the government could not afford it anymore. They are still struggling.
If poor people can't give jobs, how in the world can that system last very long? Please explain...

Interestingly enough ... There's a little more to the story about how they all got elected ...
And ended up in the House as Freshmen in 2019.
The Democracy First PAC ... Had Identified those four Districts ... Strongly held by Democrats ...
But at the time held by weak Democrat Representatives with questionable alliances.
So ... With enough money and effort ... They just changed the Representatives.
Oddly enough ... The Candidates they chose were not chosen for their Political talents ...
They were chosen because they were activists of one caliber or another ... And could follow a script.
They've always had the backing they need to say whatever they want ... Or what someone else wants them to say ...
And the Power to get what they say in the headlines.
They never really had a lot of backlash for anything ... Until they picked a side in the Israeli Conflict.
The Main Squad members survived the 2024 election ... But lesser members Representatives Bush and Bowman ...
Were primaried out by two newcomer Democrat Representatives Latimer and Bell ...
After they were backed by the Pro Israeli AIPAC.
Long story short ... Representative Ocasio-Cortez's District is highly Democrat friendly and almost unchallenged ...
And she will remain where she is ... Until she screws up enough ... And they decide to replace her ...
Just like they did when she first got elected.

I have nothing good to say about AIPAC and its influence in our governmental affairs. So I'm not gonna say anything about that here.
But you do remind me of all of the talk we so often read and hear about '' the establishment.''
In truth the Marxists are the establishment.
So, yes, I absolutely agree that they were chosen because they were activists.
Perhaps its just the optimist in me that thinks maybe people will wake up and see what they're actually supporting/doing to themselves.
But I don't think that's ever going to happen until people see that they're at the bottom of the barrel because of their choices and that there is simply no choice left but to revolt.
