I'm jealous. When I moved to Fort Myers, it was basically an unknown, unpopulated backwater with a few Shrimp Boats and the Edison Home. Total Population of the County around 100k

And the few Northerners that were here were overwhelmingly Midwesterners -- Ohio, Western PA, Western MI, etc. Easy to live with.
