We did this to ourselves and it's going to require an entire pull by the West. Americas enemies are more competent.and focused, Americas allies are weaker in principle and character. If I am Trump, I increase the CIAs budget and direct them to "recruit whoever you need and do whatever is necessary to win". The world depends on this....again....Western intel spent an excessive amount of resources on the wrong targets while at the same time arming these enemies https://www.cbc.ca/radio/sunday/hiroshima-nagasaki-80-years-rising-threat-1.7599863
Eighty years after the first atomic bombs fell, experts and survivors warn that the horrors of Hiroshima and Nagasaki could once again be unleashed, as the nuclear arms race heats up.

"Most experts believe that the risk of nuclear use is rising, and in some cases rising dramatically," said Joseph Cirincione, a national security analyst who has worked on nuclear non-proliferation for decades.

"The same drivers that we saw in the '50s and '60s that fuelled the arms race are now reasserting themselves … and we don't have the public pressure to counter them," he told The Sunday Magazine.

Say what? The "nuclear arms race" wasn't heating up during a mentally impaired president with an auto-pen in charge but it is heating up during a strong presidency? Y'all Canuks have it backwards as usual.

Russia produces weapons at a ratio of approximately 4 to 1 against NATO as a whole. China's capabilities allow it to produce military equipment at a ratio of approximately 250 to 1 against the US. And in drones, the ratio is approximately 1000 to 1. Plus, the US depends on Chinese components.
This gives hope that there will be no major war.

Keep believing propaganda. If Russia can produce weapons in such numbers, where are they? they sure aren't being used on the battlefield.

On September 25, India conducted a test launch of a medium-range ballistic missile capable of carrying a nuclear warhead. According to The Washington Times, the missile is designed to use the country's extensive railway network to avoid detection by the enemy.

The Agni Prime missile was launched from a rail-based launcher towed by an Indian Railways locomotive.

Defense Minister Rajnath Singh said the missile has a range of more than 1,900 km and is equipped with “various advanced features.”

“It is capable of moving across the railway network without any preconditions. It allows users to remain mobile anywhere in the country and launch at short notice in conditions of limited visibility,” he said.

Ballistic missiles are traditionally launched from stationary missile sites. However, this makes them vulnerable to a preemptive nuclear strike.

India's rail network is one of the largest and busiest in the world, so missiles can now be deployed across the country, away from fixed silos or known bases. They can be hidden in railway tunnels, moved under the cover of normal traffic, and launched from unexpected locations. According to officials, this makes it much more difficult for enemy satellites or surveillance systems to detect and target them in advance.

I imagine a scene where the roof of a train car opens, passengers fall from it and a ballistic missile launches into the sky. A scene worthy of the Mahabharata.

If the US can sell Tomahawks to Europem so that they can supply them to Ukraine, what is stopping Russia from selling "Yars" missiles to North Korea so that it can supply them to Venezuela and Iran?

Only the fact that we could hold Russia and North Korea responsible for damage done by missiles it sold. The "Yars " (RS-24) missile is a nuclear armed ICBM. Of course, that's assuming that the US didn't either simply sink of capture the ships carrying the missiles to Venezuela or Iran, because they violated the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Pact.

So, Russia does have the right to do what I wrote about. Thank you for the clarification.
The missiles that the US is going to supply to Ukraine are capable of carrying nuclear weapons. That's one thing. Ukraine does not have specialists capable of operating them, so the americans will be launching the missiles. That's two.

And since Russia will not be able to determine what exactly is inside these missiles, it has the right and is simply obliged to assume the worst and respond with full force, including against “decision-making centers.”
I hope you are eagerly awaiting President Trump's decision on the missiles. .

The TLAM-As which were the only nuclear capable Tomahawks were decommissioned and destroyed a decade and a half ago. The only remaining ones are conventional only. Putin's generals are not going to allow him to commit national suicide by launching nuclear tipped missiles.

"Will it take another bomb to renew the push for disarmament" Moscow, Persian and Hans empire can exist long as they EXPEND. As long as they exist as the empires it will be no disarmament from their sides

After Zelensky, the West's lackey, attacked Russian aircraft carrying nuclear weapons, all bets were off.

Riiiiight, keep imagining that. If that was so, Putin would already have attacked the USA and/or NATO. You live in an imaginary world where Russia actually has power and influence. It used to be a third world country with a second world military, now it is a third world country with a fourth world military that NO ONE is afraid of. Iran, China and India are using it as a colony that provides cheap raw materials and buys expensive finished products.

One austrian artist has already told the story of the colossus with feet of clay. The wicked russians drove him to suicide, poor thing!
