9th Circuit Court up to its usual liberal tricks. It is the single most overturned Court in the federal system. Lets hope some conservative gets to replace about 4 members of that circuit someday soon.

The link that you posted doesn't even say anything about the merits of the case. The fact that you have already formed an opinion about a decision in a case in which you have no facts adequately demonstrates that level of your objectivity. Very nicely done.
