"The 9 most terrifying words in the English language are I'm from the Government & I'm here to help." Those were the infamous words from Reagan and often repeated by conservatives. Deregulation and related policies are GOP dogma.

Cutting regulations was a major focus of Trump’s 2018 CPAC speech where he boasted about it...
"No president has ever cut so many regulations in their entire term …as we’ve cut in less than a year."

For too long, Republicans have hurt us and put in danger. At the same time, they have consistently responded in disingenuous and bad faith rhetoric. For days, the most toxic of GOP grifters in Congress and their media counterparts have been outraged at the Biden administration’s response to Ohio.

Well then, the train wreck is literally the outcome of their beliefs and their only complaint about government response to the tragedy should actually be that the government is responding at all. After all, that is the most “terrifying” thing that could happen.

So which is it. You're lying about the government helping, or you're lying about the government not helping?

Strange that The Daily Kook makes no mention of Biden blocking a strike last year by forcing a deal on the railworkers that did nothing about the issues of lack of manpower and sick leave. It's those nasrty republicans that did it.

Lol. Sure.
Obamas Cash for Clunkers?

What a load of shit, with all due respects.

Sleepy Joe has been in office for more than 2 years, there has been plenty of time for him to reimpose what ever regulations he thinks are "necessary" and even others that he knows are bullshit but will send off the right vibes to his lib base.

If you don't have enough regulations, the fault is with the Biden Regime and his hand-picked goofballs like Mayor Petey.

Thanks because it had nothing to do with the issue of Trump, and Repubs generally, putting the public at risk in their indiscriminate objection of government regulation.

When it comes to a question of forcing industries to spend money in order to make the public safer the answer is always easy for Repubs. Corporate profits take precedence over public safety every time.

It's almost like you think Republicans aren't part of the Establishment ... :auiqs.jpg:
They are the Government ... Same as the Democrats in the Establishment.

Republicans haven't been in charge for years, berg. Sleepy Joe and his bumbuddy Mayor Petey have been in charge for more than 2 years where they could force Norfolk Southern t waste any money they deemed necessary

Lies.
You forgot to mention that the train wreck had nothing to do with government regulations. A bearing overheated, duh.

When it comes to solving problems and getting to the root cause of accidents, like the one in Ohio, democrats always miss the mark. Blame the Repubs. is their go to.

Why is no one talking about obvious common sense things like, the size of the crew or length of the train?

Railroad union says trains more than a mile long too risky …

Oddly enough neither the Daily Kook, nor you, provides any evidence of that, while Potato forced a deal on rail workers wanting a contract specifically to address labor shortage issues.

But none of that matters, the evil Orange Man is to blame. Not Biden, who clearly fucked that up, nor Buttigeg who is an incompetent diversity hire, or maybe he was on maternity leave or he could have stepped in,or you know maybe done his fucking job, noooooo, it was Trump. lol. Sure.

Which regulation did Trump remove that caused the wheel bearing to overheat and derail the train? I doubt you’ll answer because the Daily KOS won’t tell you what to think about that.

Every tragedy is another excuse for the left to expand the Nanny State into every arena.
Never let a crises go to waste, eh Comrade?

You can't regulate or legislate away accidents but you can keep from making them worse with really stupid decisions.
Mayor Bootiplug might want to stop virtue signaling about his uber wokeness & start doing his job.

Lying Trump haters covering up for Norfolk Southern chemical bombing of East Palestine and Biden's administration joining in on the coverup. They are doing NOTHING to help the citizens of East Palestine. Skew13 you are an anti-American LIAR.

To understand government regulations you must come face to face with them. We have put off repaving one of our parking lots because the regulations; setbacks and handicap spaces; would reduce the number of spaces by up to half. We don't have enough spaces as it is.

Translation: The world is going to shit and you don't want to blame it on Biden so let's blame it on a president from 40 years ago.

Placing blame on someone else doesn’t solve problems it gives a reason to be a failure. That is counter to what made America great. As long as they blame others, it allows them to be lazy.
