The IRGC has guns but Iran has 89 million other people and the IRGC's a bit distracted at the moment. If people wanted to they could flee, they could take advantage of the bombardment. I'm sure some Iranians have tried to flee for their own survival and safety, but many more Iranians are clearly siding with the IRGC and their government and will fight the aggressors to the end.

Dude...that SO isn't happening! The US controls the sea off of Iran, they're starting to send ships through the Straight of Hormuz and there isn't a damn thing the Iranians can do to stop them.
